Looking for new board for AM2 5200+

I have a AMD 5200+ x2 and Corsair 2GB(2x1GB) Kit XMS2 DDR800 4-4-4-12 at 2.1V and need a BIOS that i can push a bit and get it running at like 1 Ghz or so, what BIOS is capable of doing all this, and is under $100? i would prefer Asus but any others are welcome and need supporting evidence please, i want to be proven that the motherboard is stable under load and the BIOS is capable of overclocking nicely.
Please help me as im going to settle on the M2N SLI DLX otherwise, that has my eye and seems to be the most decent for around $100. If anyone can show me screen shots of the BIOS mainly the DRAM Voltage, CPU Voltage and RAM timings that can be changed if possible, and what the limits are, i would greatly appreciate that.
