Looking for my first tv (22" - 24")

I'm looking for my first tv something in the range of 22" - 24" possibly 26'' if it fits in the right price range Currently we have a 60" Panasonic plasma and a 46" Samsung LCD in the living room. I would like something for my bedroom. My roommates bought the other TVs, but now I need one in my room.

I plan on hooking up SD cable to this tv, possible OTA HD, and a Wii (gf's I swear ) I was wondering how bad would it look if I tried to use it as a 2nd monitor? I don't want to have 2 monitors + a tv on my desk! My video card: BFG 9800GTX+ 1GB

My budget is around $230 ±$25
So far I saw that walmart has a Vizio M220VA Razor LED for about $230
or how about LG M2262D-PM for $220 with no tax on Newegg?

do you need the tuner in it? if not just get a big computer monitor. I don't think it really matters too much what you go with in this size/price range. just go to walmart and pick the one that fits your criteria and looks the best.
