First, if you haven't heard of Transplants, then you probably won't be able to help much.
They are a supergroup of sorts, with member(s) from Rancid (Tim Armstrong), Expensive Taste (Rob Aston) -- of which Travis Barker is also in (from Blink-182, and now +44).
With that aside... I'm looking for the off-chance that similar music to theirs exists out there, with good production quality mind you (like.. an actual group and not some underground band with music recorded from their garage). Yes... there are punk/hip-hop groups out there, but I've never heard one with the style of the Transplants. For awhile I hadn't been a fan of most of their stuff, but some recent re-listens has brought me back to listening to their Haunted Cities album a lot. My music taste varies a lot, and often mood-dependent... and sometimes seasonal. Right now, Transplants has that perfect summer cruising sound.
So, I guess if you need additional qualifiers... kind of that SoCal urban punk skateboarder style... I guess.
