Looking for MP3 Surround (5.1) ripper

I read about a new MP3 format today called 'MP3 Surround' which will permit 5.1 channel surround. Are there any ripping programs to rip a CD to a 5.1 MP3?

For those of you that think I am nuts read this.

Considering a CD is encoded in 2 channel stereo, you can't just turn it into 5.1 sound.

I'm assuming this 5.1 MP3 format is designed to compress Dolby Digital signals and whatnot

I'm not sure if cds are 2 channel or 5.1 channel, but I do know that I have some sort of cd sampler that when I listed to it in my car, it could identify front-left, front-right, rear-right, and rear-left speakers, and the sound only seemed to come out of that particular speaker.
