You know, something I could relate to in some fashion.

I know people like me exist in vast numbers so it's not like there can't be movies about those types of people. I want a movie I can relate to.


Went out tonight: I solidified my virginity for life for the billionth time.

If you drank with people who also drank you could get laid, possibly by a pretty hot chick. Alcohol makes females judgement clouded and can lead to them making a mistake. You bitch about not being able to get laid all the time, yet by what you just said it's obvious you're doing everything in your power to stay a virgin.

it was the most boring movie I've ever watched and I would have left the theater half an hour into it if I'd been by myself (though afterward, my friends all agreed that they wanted to leave too). should be right up your alley if you want to watch a movie about your life.
 
The problem is, all those movies about losers are about people whose lives suck and they're unhappy, but then they realize they can do something about it and make themselves much happier. No one wants to see a film that's just wallowing in pathetic self pity. You could watch the first half of a ton of movies...

Take "Wilbur Wants to Kill Himself". You might like the start. It's about a guy who hates his life and repeatedly tries to kill himself, and even fails at that. If the movie ended with that (or him succeeding), no one would watch it. It instead turns into a love story and him finding a reason to live, which people like to see because they want to have a reason to live.

Lastly, and I really mean this with sympathy, stop posting. This is not for me. If I didn't want to read your posts, I wouldn't have to. The internet's great like that. By posting here, though, you're getting the attention that you feel you lack in the real world, and it's keeping you from changing your own life. As a result, this will be the last time I reply to one of your threads seeking attention (not that I have made much contribution before). I wish you luck in finding the courage to deal with your life.
