Sure, I was gonna go for nForce2 with IGP but:
1. I got some 320s (D0 stepping) for cheap,
2. to best use the nForce2 IGP I would need 2 memory modules
3. the money I saved on the CPU's and single memory module pays for an adequate video card.

So, I'm looking for a cheap but good mobo that preferably is mATX and can perhaps overclock with a vcore and fsb adjustment in the bios. Minimal feature set is needed.

Thanks.

I just checked the bios for a vcore handle and that's a negative. This is not the board for me.
However, plans have changed and now I will accept an ATX board that will overclock.

I have just decided to upgrade three AMD systems by replacing them with overclocked Celeron 320s using ATX boards. I will then use those AXP processors on mATX nForce 2 IGP boards.

The K7VTA3 ECS (socket A) mainboards that I got from Fry's combos suck and are the ones being replaced.

Of course that means 6 new mainboards instead of 3 but those ECS boards were a pain anyway.
