Looking for mobo suggestions

I'm looking to build a new media-server system and was hoping i could get a few suggestions for what to buy/avoid for my mobo.

It needs to be a s939 (poss s940) since I was looking at getting an A64 x2 3800
4 DIMM would be nice for future mem upgrade
PCIe for graphics obvisouly, but i need a PCIe-x4 slot for the RAID6 card
looking for the best stability i can possibly get, and being quiet would be great too

right now my top two boards are the Asus a8n-sli prem(the one w/ the heat pipe) and the MSI k8n diamond (got good onboard audio, save some cash).

price isn't much of an option, and I'd be willing to look into workstation-class boards too

Thanks for any suggestions you guys can give me.

*damnn that adiction to spellchek

a X2 3800+ is going to be S939 then... Normally if you'd like something that's server-orientated, you'd have to look at brands like IWill (you did), and Tyan... Although I don't know what these boards feature...

The MSI K8N Diamond Plus has indeed a high quality sound solution, and is a very good and stable board...

However, a regular nForce4 Ultra board should be more than enough... I'm thinking of a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum for example (I know this one features a PCIe 4x slot)...

BTW What needed to come in here? 😉
... and being quite ? would be great too

I would opt for the Tyan Socket 939 board.. its marketed as a server level board

**Edit**

Just noticed on Newegg, the Tyan board only has the PCIe x16 and one PCIe x1 slot..
so, I guess that is a no-go for a x4 slot
