I want to upgrade my Dual p3 650 to a p4. Since i am spending the money to make the server run better, I dont want to let it run in a 33mhz slot.

I dont want to buy a dual xeon board or something outrageous I only care that it is stable and faster than my current sloth. I want to spend less than $200 on the board, the more i can save on the board the more i can put into other things.

After choosing the board I have to pick out the proc and ram My budget will depend on what options I have..

Dual AMD seems really affordable, but Intel still screams stable to me.

Any suggestions?
