Looking for Mini-ITX Case with Certain Features

I've been searching for the past few days for a mini-ITX case that will accommodate at least 2x 3.5" HDDs and at the most a DC-DC PSU. Preferably, I'd like the case to be the more slim HTPC type form factor instead of boxy.

My plan is to use a Pico PSU to power the components, although I could use a larger Opus 120w if necessary, but I'd like to keep the case as small as possible. The problem is, cases that support small DC-DC PSUs can only hold 1 2.5" HDD or 2 at the most.

The cases that I can find that hold 2x 3.5" HDDs all have the larger micro-ATX power supplies, which fattens the case.

So, anybody know of any secret cases that I'm missing? I looked at most all of the Travla, Chenbro, and Morex cases, but couldn't find any that met specs.

Or, can anybody point out a fairly plain case with enough room to hold said components? I've got a dremel and I'm not afraid to mod 🙂
