Looking for MB question.

I am looking for a Slot 1 or even a PGAFC board that has a 64bit PCI slot that runs at either 33 or 66MHz MB. Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes this board in question? Even if the board is no longer in production, I can still search for it.

For Slot 1, I know the server line of Intel MB's have 64bit PCI slots..

They also have an FCPGA server board as well
