I placed an order with deepsurplus.com on 12/31. It was delivered today. Prices are great and shipping costs are reasonable.
Check them out, you might be pleasantly surprised. (I don't know how their prices compare to monoprice or other sites you may know of, just giving a recommend based on my experience.
