Looking for linux embedded team

I have an ideal for a embedded linux device. (mainly fun and performace related, but if worked out, might could actually make a product and sell.) How do I go about finding guys who might like to work on something if it was neat enough? I live in Friendswood, (Between Houston and Galveston)

Look for peopl e invlolved in the local LUG (linux User group) .
I would google somehting like Houston LUG
