Looking for Laptop, Which is the best??

depends what you want. If you want small size/low weight then you can't go wrong with the sony z505 series. Its what i have Metal casing, true notebook size, decent speed/nice screen. All i basically need in a portable comp. There is a sacrifice though, it doesn't have a built in dvd drive. You can however get an external if you really need it.. for most work it really isn't necessary. At home you can network and install programs through network.

My vote goes to the Dell Inspiron 4000

i just need a portable comp. and i would like everything internal and not external

like cdrom, floopy. i would like one that has 2 port, one for modem and one for NIC.
