Looking for laptop RAM

I have a Dell Inspiron 2500 and wish to upgrade from its paltry 2x64MB RAM pieces.

I'm hoping to get a pair of 256MB, but they are $150 at Dell.

Anyone know of a cheaper solution?

Also, it says "16x64" on the RAM itself. How the heck do you read this to figure out how much RAM it is?

Thanks!

Each physical chip on the board should be 16MB in size. 8 chips, 4 on each side of the PCB, would equal 128MB.
