There isn't any thing that fits all of that.

Dedicated media and volume knobs (outside a handful of boards) ends up being a full size off the shelf selection.
Same for Wireless.

So Brown switch selection. That makes it harder. For example a Blackwidow V3 Pro, gives you a knob, media controls, wireless (highspeed, low latency), RGB and lock lights. But only has linear and clicky solutions. There is also Wireless from Corsair. But also basically only linear solutions. You remove wireless and something like a Corsair K70 MK2 wouldn't be that expensive of an option and has browns.

Now there might be more general Chinese brand boards fitting most of this and cheaper. But almost none of them use Tactile equivalents, always clicky and linear.
