Looking for ISO standards for ATX case

Lately i've been seeing some (cheap) cases who seem to put the motherboard slightly lower into the case (a matter of about 0.4mm).

This causes the PCI card to pop out of the slot, which gives off course very strange problems...

So i'm actually looking for some ISO regulations, which specify the margins of these kind of measurements.
I've been googling a bit but i've been finding way too much information, i'm also not really sure what i should search on (ive been trying "PCI card" +margin +ISO).

If i have this kind of information, i can make demands to the supplier of the cases, in order to get this fixed...

thanks in advance ...

Thanks for the replies so far...
Maybe i'm reading it wrong, but as far as i can see, the document states that the clearance between motherboard and chassis (horizontally) should be 0.088 inches.
But when i measure the distance, it is more around 0.32 inches...

any help would be greatly appreciated

I looked through that document and the other ATX info formfactors.org and couldn't find anything regarding motherboard-chassis or PCI clearance. That 0.088 figure is certainly not what you are looking for. I find it very odd that this clearance info is not in the spec...

I'd suggest demonstrating (maybe take some macro photos) the problem for the manufacturer with several different PCI cards. If they don't fix it you could use small washers under the standoffs to raise the boards a bit.
