Looking for Intel 1150 motherboard with mSata and SLI support

Title states it and Newegg hasn't helped me much.

I have two 560tis that I want to run and use an Intel 530 mSata SSD. I have both of these in hand right now.

I'm not dead set on a form factor but I think smaller would be better.

CPU isn't locked in yet. I'm considering one of the new Devil Canyons(4690k or 4790k)

I am setting up my wife's "light" gaming machine for things like Civ 5, Diablo 3, etc. No real FPS type stuff.

So what do you have for me?

My bad, M.2 is smaller..

msata is usually associted with laptops (as well as nuc); anyways sata to msata adapters are a dime a dozen suchs as:
caveat I've not used them and this one has no reviews:

I normally associate mini-sata with nucs and laptops
-
btw m.2 are a pain because they come in different lengths and different mother boards support different form factor (mine for example does not support the most common form factor)

There might be more but this was the only 1150 motherboard I could find with msata:

It does not support sli; msata is normally associated with 'small' which is not compatible with sli. There might be a micro-atx board with both sli and msata but I couldnt' find it.

I take it back I did find a z87 board with msata 🙂

NOTE you can get it for as low as a $100 if you look at other options for buying but read the comments in condition column.

There might be other boards but I doubt z97 - perhaps more z87 but I'm done looking 🙂

You2, thank you for the description. It definitely makes sense.

And yes, the mSATA drive I have was bought for a NUC. But the NUC I picked didn't have the mSATA interface... just the 2.5". It was a "rush" gift so I couldn't go through time to return NUC.
