Looking for informatin on New Video Cards Comming When?

I read somewhere on Tomshardware that there are new video cards comming out in March and April from both ATI and Nvidia and I am searching for information on those video cards. I would like to get a heads up on what is to be expected from those newer cards. How much faster than a 9800XT the current champ will they be (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%...)?

Both companies are claiming 100% increases in DX9 performance.

Information is very vague at the moment, so theres a lot of sepculation on things like specs.

The only things really known is that both designs are to use Microns GDDR3 1200mhz and 1600mhz memory, and that 256MB will be standard.
