I heard a show about 2 weeks ago about this short wave radio transmissions that are monitored by the NS, CIA, MI-5 etc. All thats heards is a voice saying random number combinations is all different languages. Intelligence world says it has to be criminal code.
Anyone hear this show or know anything?
