Looking for Info on a TV Product But Can't Find it

I heard about a product, maybe a year ago about some guy who was producing a box for a TV. The box hooked up to the internet. With another box anywhere in the world hooked up to a TV, you could view exactly what the first TV was watching. So someone in Moscow could watch American TV through the internet with these boxes. It sounded amazing. Anyway, I'm looking for info on it but I can't find it. I don't remember the name 🙁

But how would I be able to see the TV from a computer 1000 miles away?

Oh and that box above doesnt work with Macs. So if anyone else knows what I'm looking for - that would be great. Thanks.
