Looking for "ICE2A501"component for DELL LCD monitor

Hi, my LCD doesn't power ups, i took the Power Supply (PSU) at TV repair store and they
find out "ICE2A501"component was damaged, they don't have it or just told me like thise
to go away, to much trouble(internet sites selling components and parts no smaller than
$150 minimum order and thise thing cost just $5). TV shop says DELL doesn't sells parts
and components, of course-they are smart.
ANY ideas where can i find it? I have an DELL CTR monitor, will it have "ICE2A501"
component?

If you want to try it, get the top one, as it has higher current capacity, and will work just as well as the other one, but the other one might fail if you needed the top one.
