I'm getting more into bird watching and my cheap stuff isn't cutting it. My pops has a really nice canon/nikon set that cost like 1500 bucks 20 years ago and they are still going strong.
They had some kind of gyroscope in them that would lock or "float" the image so there was little to no shake. There was a button you pushed to actuate it.
So where should I be looking for really good binoculars with high quality optics?
