Looking for help with tight budget pc?

I am building a PC for a friend and would love to give them room for upgrades.

I was thinking of a Gigabyte EP43-DS3L $80, Intel Dual Core E5200 $78.50 and Kingston 2GB PC6400 $27

This would leave them with the option to go with a Core2Duo/Quad-Core and 4GB if they decide to go Vista later. I have no idea if a E5200 is decent even if it wont be overclocked or if I should try and get them to spring for a Core 2 Duo $119 cheapest. For now I will moving over their current Case/PSU/CDRW/HDD/Vid.

You're going to use integrated graphics? So no games etc, just a word/internet PC ?

You could even spend less on the CPU, $40 buys you a 2.2ghz dualcore. That's MORE then fast enough for day to day tasks. I had a x2 3800+ @ 2.5ghz recently, and for Vista, word, firefox etc it was still really fast.

They have a decent PCI-E card already. No game just Internet & Office.
