I think it mostly depends on how you plan to go about your OC. Since the multi's unlocked on the mobile, you can just keep raising it, while keeping the FSB at 200mhz.
If you wanna really raise the FSB, look for some BH5 chips. May have to do a volt mod though as it loves voltage. I can't remember how high the vdimm goes on my NF7-S v2 (it's not nearby or I'd look).
Also, remember that most of these mobo's at stock will top-out at approx 215 - 220 mhz. Will need modded BIOS to get higher.
I just look for something that'll do Cas 2 at 200/400mhz. That way I can always go higher by relaxing it to Cas 2.5. I haven't noticed any diff in gaming with the timings relaxed a little.
The stuff in my sig is working fine for me. Bought it early this year when I went from 2 x 256 Corsair LL ram. This stuff will run at Cas 2 @ 200/400 so I don't think it'll hamper any FSB OC I do. Corsair has always treated me good, no compatibility problems.
I don't like the Value Select stuff if I'm gonna OC on this platform. I'd stay away from it and invest a little more.
