Looking for help diagnosing a car problem

Couple problems, but I know jack about cars and wanted to get some opinions before I take it in -

- The ignition doesn't catch every time. I have to hold the key down a little longer and sometimes tap the gas to get it started.

- Main problem - when I'm stopped at a red light or stop sign, sometimes the car will stop completely and I have to set the car to park and restart. It happens rarely but unexpectedly.

-starter might be going.
-2nd, possible intake leak, or your IAC(Idle Air Controller) Is shot, and is stalling the car. Those are my two guesses, there is a host of other things that could be wrong, but I would think those would be the main culprits.

Ignition switch is dying.

And that's all I got. You might wanna learn some car mechanics if you are serious about cars.
