Hi all, I will move back to my newly renovate home soon. For the new setup, my Computer will be on the 2nd floor (computer corner), and my 4K TV will be on the 1st floor (living room).
So, I would like to get a HDMI + USB extender (via CAT cable) to make me able to play 4K games on the TV comfortable in the living room.
So far, this is the best solution I can find.

Not very cheap, but reasonable, and definitely cheaper than build another 4K gaming PC.
There is a dedicated LAN cable between the computer and the TV. So, this system can be totally separated from the home network.
May I know if anyone has similar experience / setup?
Any recommendation / caution about using this kind of extender?
Is there any know issue?
