looking for guide for Win7, for security

Myself, I'm xp for games, ubuntu for everything else.

Have a buddy's pc here to do a fresh install once again. Himself and family over the past couple of years, have polluted XP and Vista on PC's they have owned. Malware, spyware, virus, you name it, they find it.
Fresh installs of XP and Vista were pretty messed up over a short period of time.

I have it here, with a new copy of Win7. I'm am going to do a fresh install. But I'm looking for a guide to setup one Admin account, the rest as just users that can't wreck havoc. I would guess the default user is admin in win7, so I want to setup safe accounts for the rest of them.
A google of "windows 7 guide", brings up countless pages of installing it.

As for accounts - like you said I'd highly recommend having only 1 admin account and making the others all limited users.
