looking at this for a video card http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16814125057

but need a recommendation on a low heat dual core processor (if any)

wish to use my 1gb ddr2 pc5300 sticks of ram (see hot deals section for that hp memory)

would prefer a small case... something that doesn't look dorky and fits on a shelf

so either low flat and wide or perhaps one of the lan boxes where I can hide it behind something.

other requirements.
1 x dvd/rw
1 x hdd - don't need a barn burner...

game is mostly for 2nd and 3rd wow accounts (multi-boxing) and I don't want to heat the house with these silly boxes.

What do you mean by a low-head processor? Do you mean that the heatsink is low profile? I can't think of any retail processors that have low profile heatsinks by default, so you are better off getting an aftermarket heatsink that is made for 1U servers.

low-heat

fixed the original

Oh, well in that case.... I am not sure if you can ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) processors retail, or even if they are easily acquired OEM. That or an LV Processor is where you are going to want to start looking, though I couldn't really tell you where. You are probably going to want a mobile processor if you can get it to run on a desktop board. Those are usually lower voltage and lower wattage by default, and that would help with your situation.
