700 watt power supply? Obviously a gaming rig? Not sure why you are considering a 7770.

Get a 7950.

I think it was more than a gaming rig, 4 years ago when I built it. I had a few people suggest upgrading RAM, video card, motherboard and CPU. I doubt I'll do that, but I figured i might as well get some information on it. I might move this request to a more better spot on the forums thought.
