Looking for good weekly CD backup utility

Need to backup a few folders onto CD every week... the data inside them change frequently. I've tried making "projects" with both Easy CD Creator 5.0 and Nero Burning Rom containing the folders and just reburing them every week, but both of them have issues when the files change. Even using "Validate Project" on Nero doesn't help. I need some software that's actually designed for this purpose... or need to know what special has to be done in one of the mentioned programs to make them re-read the folder contents of an existing project and burn it properly. Thanks!
 
It amazes me. Developers are so good at making the software to DL pRon, but why doesnt anyone care about the backups of your growing collection?!!?
 
Microsoft Windows Backup - does 95% of everything all the expensive backup programs do and will burn/read directly to/from CD-RW.
