looking for good security cameras

I'm browsing Amazon looking for a good security camera for a medium small deployment of maybe 30 security cameras, but I don't recognize any of the brand names and I have no idea if they are any good quality. Features I am looking for:

1. IP Camera. Function over ethernet only.
2. Power Over Ethernet (PoE) compatible.
3. Decent resolution: 1280 x 1024 at least.
4. Decent Night Vision.
5. Software is unimportant as I plan to connect them all to a central server and stream over ethernet.
6. About half the cameras will be outdoors and so will need to be weatherproof
7. Optional: pan and tilt functionality

Does any one know which brands are decent?
 
We are using Linksys IP cameras at home. Some are outdoors and they are serving us well. The cameras have been working well for more than 1 year now, no problem so far.
 
Hard to go wrong with Axis.

I love www.cctvcamerapros.com It's a veteran-owned and operated business local to me, but has an online shop. They are very knowledgeable and can tell you what matches your expectations.
 
This is the first time I've even heard of Axis! It actually seems like a pretty good company. I'm looking for a surveillance security system for my business but was wondering if there were any other companies similar to Axis where I can have complete control of the footage from my phone as well. Please list suggestions!
