It'd be best if this thing came with some software to dump scans to .PDF in an organized fashion. It'll be used by a staffing company to scan in forms from different applicants that are hoping to be placed in a position with a certain client of the staffing company - the client prefers to have applications e-mailed (via PDF). Previously, they had been faxing them. Suggestions for a good scanner (and/or software package to go along with it)?

I saw one at Staples the other day. It was a Microtek 5950 and the price was around $150. I think it came with software that would save the scans in PDF format - check the Microtek site. Staples may be blowing them out on Clearance as I can no longer find that model on their web site (but it might have been a store-only item to begin with) If you need FAST, the recent Fujitsu bin-feed scanners are very fast but cost upwards of $500.
