Looking for good Podcasts

Anyone have a podcast they enjoy? I'd prefer something available on iTunes, but anything tech related or comedy that isn't a morning radio clip-show is basically what I'm looking for.

twit is great but has kind of gone down hill lately... the bitching gets annoying. Don't get me wrong, it's still great, but John Dvorak can be annoying as hell sometmes...
