Looking for good place to get custom case badge

What's a good (fast/cheap/quality) place to get custom (3d domed) case badges made w/ my logo?

This guy has a kit that lets you make six of your own case badges. It costs $10. This is probably the fastest and cheapest way to do what you want, and depending on the artwork you have available and your technique, may be high quality too.
