Looking for good network cd imaging software

I have a small peer to peer XP network I use for gaming. I have one pc acting as a dedicated server and four client machines. I was looking for an alternative to Farstone Software's "Virtual Drive." I have used the single user 6.0 version and modified the program run as a network version, but when I loaded xp i needed to upgrade to version 7.0. I can't hack this version. Virtual Drive 7.0 with 5 users is $175. Is there an alternative, less expensive way to go??

Any suggestions are welcome.

daemon-tools is the only way to go. its free, easy, and can emulate cd copy protections such as safedisc and laserlok.
