I am building a workstation computer for my gf and am not sure what kind of MoBo to put in it. I need something cheap and reliable, and since it isnt going to be a gaming computer, it doesnt have to be all that hard core. Any recomendations?

Chaintech makes fairly inexpensive and reasonably competent and reliable boards... the Abit VA-6 is a much-maligned board and thus can be had for pretty cheap, i've found them fairly reliable for someone not into overclocking and using it for light-duty tasks such as websurfing, word processing, etc... the Tyan Trinity 400 is fairly inexpensive now too, if you wanted something a bit more sturdy, that's a really nice board, you can likely pick one up brand new for about 75 bux...

Depending on which flavor of Celeron...for the older PPGA chips the Intel 810 boards work well with integrated video and sound. You can get a Tekram directly for $40. For the later versions of the Celeron the 815 chipset is the way to go. If your not going to overclock the Intel 815EEAA is nice and offers the upgrade path for a better video with an AGP slot. If your going to overclock it then Asus, Abit, MSI, and all the rest have 815 based boards. My choice is the Asus CUSL-2 but I would think a board from any of the major players would serve the purpose well. Personally I would stay away from the SIS based all in one boards.
Last but not least don't forget about the old BX chipset boards using a socket adapter. The BX is still a great board with my favorite being the Soyo 6BA-IV (latest is 6BA+100 supporting ATA 100). It's probably the most stable board I've ever owned for everyday use.
