Looking for good memory

I am building a new SLI system and plan to overclock my 3500+. Could someone please recommend some sub-$300 RAM with good timing at high speeds. Thanks

crucial.com has their Ballistix RAM (see AT for a review) for 109.99 for PC3200 and 115.99 for PC4000. Free Shipping. Might not be the best price, but I remember reading someone who said that Crucial will cross ship any RMAs if you order from them. I also think that Micron performs slightly better in Athlon Systems than Samsung TCCD for the same clock.

The best performance would probably be from the OCZ EL VX PC4000, if you've got one of the DFI boards. (the VX series is rated up to 3.3V and AT had it up to 3.5V in thier last review of it). Newegg. Review

For samsung TCCDs, the OCZ PC3200 EL Rev 2, g.Skill PC4400 LE, and Corsair TwinX PC4400-PT are all good choices.

For non-samsung TCCDs, I would go for the OCZ EL VX PC4000. Your board would love that memory!

Put the OCZ EV VX in, crank the voltage up to max in the board, and you can take it to amazingly high speeds with 2-2-2 timings... And it's all under warranty!
