I want to replace my aging case fans. I can't tell you what MM they are, but I measured them and they are about 3 1/4" square.
I really should know this, but I don't know.

Can someone suggest good quiet fans to replace my current ones that don't cost a fortune?

Thanks,

Mark

80mm are most common as case fans; 92mm fans are also used, but not as often. I use generic ones off of eBay - I always make sure to get ball bearing though. So far they work just fine for me. They spin, more air, and don't sound like a vacuum cleaner.

Go with panaflo fans. They are very decent and quiet, and can be found for $3 (a great price) here just scroll 2/3 of the way down, they cost 2.95.

Panaflo is good. All of my fans are Sunons and like them very much. Powerful, yet quiet
