Looking for Funny McDonald's Pictures

I am looking for some funny pics relating to Mickey D's. Preferably ones involving Heart disease. These pics are needed for a joke at work.
 
I have to give a little more background.....one of the owners of my company has recently suffered 2 heart attacks (he is on a path to recovery and should be fine). The first episode was just after eating lunch at the "golden arches" a few months ago. The second was a few weeks later, after returning back to work, THE FIRST TIME HE HAD Mc DONALD'S FOR LUNCH SINCE HE GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL and he had another heart attack. On both cases he had eaten good 'ol Mickey D's for lunch, came back to work and *BAM*. I hardly think it is a coincidence 😉 He now says he won't eat there anymore, but we'd like to remind him on the shop floor computer with a desktop worthy picture or something (now's the time p-chopper's out there!!!)

I have a great picture from a McDonalds in Japan; unfortunately, it is at home (I am at college).

Basically, it's a picture of a sign in the dining area that read "Due to recent health risks, tables in the dining area may no longer be used as changing tables."

So that's the special sauce... mmmm!

This one of fredtam's seems like it would "work" in your scenario.
