Looking for Full Version of Microsoft GameVoice software

I have to reinstall my system, but I cannot find my CD. It doesn't appear that Microsoft has a download for the full version, and they haven't responded to my emails requesting a new CD or downloading instructions. Does anybody here have one they can copy for me, or post to the internet somewhere? I will pay you for your CD and shipping.

Can anybody help?
