Looking for free software to convert midi to audio

I haven't had much luck finding free software to convert midi to wav, mp3, or some other audio format.

Does anyone know of such program that could do it for me? Batch action is a plus, but not required...

apparently itunes will do it for me, but now I cant find my itunes installation..
