The problem is the original Judge that was going to perform the ceremony has conference during that week. So does her fellow colleague, so almost alot of people wont be around for this process... and friends are not religious so they can't get a Priest or goto a church..

What is the deal with FBI/CIA agents? I have a contact in the NYC field office. I also know a judge legally able to marry people. I don't know if he would be interested though.

You don't have to be religious to marry at a church.

You might want to double check for your state, but in CA you can deputize someone to officiate your wedding. All it takes is a trip to city hall.
