Looking for effective yet quiet pc solution

Okay, so I'm building a rig for a friend right now. It's going to have practically the identical specs as my rig (in my sig). However, I'm looking for a cooling solution that will support some OCing, but keep the rig as silent as possible. I plan on getting some Dangerden waterblocks for the computer. NV-78SLI for the two 7900GTXs and a TDX CPU block. Anyways, I'm looking at these two options at the moment.

I own the Zalman Reserator 1 Plus, but you can't really use it effectively for more than the CPU and one VGA especially with the rig I have. I would love some suggestions or ideas.
