Looking for easy way to bulk change dates of files

I'm pulling my hair out. I've been able to do this several years ago but can't seem to figure it out now. I need to subtract 10 hrs and 11 min from about 100 video files. The time was off on a camera and I'd like to bulk change the times. I've found plenty of ways to simply change all of the times to exactly the same time....but am having difficulty in deleting the same amount of time from them all so they will retain their sequence with the new time.

I've tried Bulk File Changer and NewFile Time but just can't figure it out. Anyone out there w/ experience in doing this?
