looking for dual socket370 recommendation

I have had a PIII 850 S370 chip plugged into an Abit BX133 mobo for a year and it is constantly unstable and crashes. I have 4 30 gig HDDs in raid 0 and a 5th stand alone 20 gig drive as the boot drive. It is just too unstable to do what I want.

I would go for an on baord IDE raid setup, but I do have a promise raid controller card if that is not available. I am trying to set up a media center PC to store my music and some video. I want it to last and be somewhat dependable, something the Abit BX133 has not been. I am not against Abit, just this BX133 with its highpoint raid controller.

All suggestions welcome.🙂

There aren't many dual S370 boards around, but I can still point you at a few, with the ASUS CUV4X-D/CUV4X-DLS (might be a TUV4X-DLS version), the ASUS CUV266-D, the ASUS STR-DLS board (based on a ServerWorks chipset), and the Iwill 266DVD board.
