Looking for drivers

Hi,
I am looking for the driver or a ATZ 3011 modem. Its from a peice o crap packard Bell multimedia 2100. The sound card and modem are a combo card. Ive got the sound drivers but not the modem driver. Ive downloaded all the 3011 drivers off driver guide with no luck. Any Help would be greatly appreated.
