Looking for decent low cost webcam

I am looking to get a webcam for my mother to use on Skype.
She just want to play around a little with video chat.
I can't see spending a bunch on something she will probably use 5 times, but at the same time you never know so I don't want to get something that is crap either.
Is there anything you can recommend that is inexpensive, but still fairly decent.
