Looking for decent free Boot Manager

I have installed x64 XP beta onto a seperate hard drive & can't get it to boot from that hard drive. My friends who have linux dual boots use an old version of system commander to have boot options. Are there any reasonably priced or free boot managers that will allow me to choose which OS to run??
