Looking for core name cheatsheet

I'm looking for a complete list of core names from both AMD and Intel. Despite my nice search luck on Google, I've come up pretty much empty handed. I've tried AMD's site, but I always find navigation there confusing, and a search of Intel's site didn't turn up much either.

If someone could direct me to a site, or provide a personal list, that would be great.
