Looking for comments on Matrox Marvel G400-TV

I'd like to hear from anybody who's had experience with this card. Despite the fact that you are limited to Win9x, is it a good card if you can get it for less than say $75?

Also, can a MJPEG capture be software converted into MPEG2?

I would stay away from this card if I were you. Driver support has always been spotty. I considered it for some time. But I read some reviews and comparisons that changed my mind so I ended up getting an ATI Radeon AIW (now known as the Radeon 7200).

I took a quick glance at eBay and searched for "all in wonder 7500" and got 35 responses. It looks like $75 would probably be enough to get one of those. Also, if I recall correctly the MJPEG was unique to Matrox Marvels. I do not believe any other software can recognize that format to get it converted. I may be wrong on that though, hopefully someone will correct me if I am.
